Dear Pastor and Praying Friends:
Greetings and thank you for praying for us. We appreciate all of you. Thank you for being a faithful partner in the Lord’s ministry.
Our on-going work includes the following activities. Continue to pray that our God will continue to grant us the strength we need to accomplish or carry out these ministries.
l. The Pingelapese Bible Translation work is progressing very well. About 20 books of the NT had been translated. The remaining seven (7) books are expected to be completed by August 31, 2015. The stage 2, which is review, will begin as soon as all the New Testament books are translated.
2. We continue to make visits to the prison to minister to the prisoners. Our last visit was on March 3, 2015. Luke Santos preached during this visit. The message was great. It touched the hearts of some of the prisoners.
3. We made two visits to the hospital last month. We were able to minister to some folks there at the hospital. Pray that the word of God that were sowed at the hospital will not return void. Praise the Lord.
4. I will be teaching the books of I & II Peter and Jude (combined) at the Baptist Bible Institute of Pohnpei next semester.
5. Our CHBC church folks attended a revival at Calvary Baptist Church in Kolonia from March 23th to March 27, 2015. Evangelist Randy Chovan from the United States was our speaker. Great preaching from the evangelist. Our people were blessed.
6. Our church had 2 days of retreat (Easter Services) on Nihco Marine Park from the evening of April 2-4, 2015. We had a wonderful time worshiping the Lord and fellowshipping with our church folks.
7. Our church anniversary is April 25, 2015. We will have one week of worship services. Services will begin on April 19th and ends on April 25, 2015. Nine (9) of our local Baptist pastors will be speaking each night.
